At Velotric, we want you to feel confident in every ride; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Package Your Gear
Carefully disassemble your e-bike and place it back in the original factory box with all components, manuals, and chargers included.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
